Bug when trying to load Jira

When a member of our team tries to load Jira, it gives an error as below:

Hello, Good day. Please try a different web browser. Also check if you have any add block extension enabled, disable and try accessing Jira. Thanks

It worked now when the user disabled the ad blocker in Brave.
