Can I select unlicensed users in ConfiForms user fields in Confluence Cloud?

Hello everyone,

I’m currently working with Confluence Cloud and using ConfiForms to create forms that include user fields. I have a question regarding the selection of users in these fields.Is it possible to select unlicensed users in a ConfiForms user field?

I understand that unlicensed users can log in and may have limited access to certain spaces, but I’m unsure if they can be recognized as valid entries within the user fields in ConfiForms.

If anyone has experience with this or can clarify how unlicensed users are treated in relation to ConfiForms user fields, I would greatly appreciate your insights!

And we provide the sitePermissionTypeFilter to be "all", so it should search for all the users to my understanding

Thank you for your reply! I have tested the API you provided and confirmed that the "User" field indeed allows selecting all users in my Confluence site.

However, I have a requirement: since my Confluence site has a user limit and I can't authorize all users in advance, is there a way to select "all" users within our organization in the "User" field without needing to authorize them first?

I have tested Confluence's "Guest" feature, which seems to partially achieve what I want, but it only works for a single space, which isn't sufficient for my needs. Additionally, the constant sending of invitation emails is also not suitable for us.
