Manuel trigger is not showing in the issue

I created a manual trigger that is supposed to create 3 sub-tasks for that issue, one with a particular assignee. When I go to the issue's automations, the manual trigger option does not appear.

The option to manually trigger automations is under the Actions button.

If there are any manual trigger automations available they will be listed there.
