Trying to follow this guide, but Data Classification isn't an option in the side bar under Security?

Org Admin - Yes.
Atlassian Guard - No
Confluence Premium - Yes
Will atlassian Guard be free for Confluence Premium subscribers? It currently isn't an option at all.
I believe that Guard is a separate Atlassian product. You can find out more info at this page: https://www.atlassian.com/software/guard

Data classifications is an feature that is exclusive to our Guard Premium offering.
We're in the midst of rolling it out further and will be announcing its general availability soon. Keep an eye out on https://www.atlassian.com/software/guard/guard-premium.
