Antonio Sánchez_jlxcx5

Hola ,

Hay alguna forma de automatizar que cuando paso de estado por hacer a estado " programada"  , lo envie directamente calendario y pregunte como un scheduled meeting ?????

Mañana tendría que comprar ya la licencia y me gustaria conocer el alcance

Hi Antonio,

Thank you for reaching out on community!

Currently, in Jira Service Management, I dont see a dedicated action specifically for creating calendar events directly. However, you can use the following methods:

1. Send Email: You can format an email to include meeting details, and most email clients will recognize this as a calendar invite.
2. Send Web Request (Webhook): This option allows you to integrate with external calendar APIs (like Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook) to create events programmatically.

To better assist you, could you please provide more details on:

• The calendar service you intend to use (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.)?
• Any specific details you want included in the meeting request (like date, time, participants)?

Once we have this information, we can determine if automation is the right solution for your needs. Additionally, you may want to explore our marketplace apps for more options or reach out to our developer community.

Regards,
