Team managed-project setting issue in board

Question

I have created a team-managed project board but encountered the following issue:

1. Only the main ticket status is displayed on the board. For example, if an Epic is marked 'In Progress' and contains 5 'Done' tickets, only the Epic's 'In Progress' status is shown.

2. Is it possible to add a filter in the 'Group By' option? If so, how can this be done?

3. Also, I noticed differences between the settings logic of company-managed and team-managed projects. Is there any documentation available that explains these differences?

In the Board please check the Group By option available in the top menu.

Hi @Sandy Hsieh

* The card will only display the status of the shown ticket, in this case the Epic. You'll need to open the Detail view of the Epic in order to show the status of the child tickets.
* You cannot select or create additional options in the "Group by" dropdown list.
* My advice: Keep away from team-managed projects and use company-managed projects only.
