Automation create sub-task

I hava a Issue Type calles "Raum"- In the workflow I added the transition from the Status "Bestandesaufnahme" to the same Status "Bestandesaufnahme" with a Screen. I want to create a Subtask based on the information from the transition screen. How do I do that?

I have created the following Automation:

And I get the following Error:

@Tiziana Pisenti - Follow the below steps in order to create the automation rule as per your requirement

1. Configure the trigger:

   • Select Issue Transitioned as the trigger.
   • Set the From Status and To Status fields both to "Bestandesaufnahme".
   • Save the trigger.

2. Add a condition (optional):

   • If you want the sub-task to be created only under certain conditions (e.g., a specific field value), add a condition like Issue fields condition or Advanced JQL condition.
   • This step is optional and can be customized based on your requirements.

3. Add the action:

   • Click on New action and select Create issue.
   • Configure the Create Issue action as follows:
     • Project: Select the same project where the parent issue exists.
     • Issue Type: Select Sub-task.
     • Parent Issue: Click on the field and choose the option Copy from trigger issue. This will ensure the sub-task is created under the transitioning issue.
     • Fill in other fields such as Summary, Description, and any other fields you want to be populated using values from the transition screen. Use smart values to reference fields from the transitioning issue.
       
       For example:
       • Summary: Create sub-task based on {{issue.fields.customfield_XXXXX}} (replace customfield_XXXXX with the ID of the custom field from your transition screen).
     • Save the action.

4. Publish the rule:

   • Click on Save and then Turn on to publish the rule.
