configuring sub-task columns in parent view in JIRA onDemand

Hello,

Is it possible to configure the sub-task colums that are displayed in a parent task? The documentation says the Advanced Settings is on the download version only. So what do I do for onDemand?

it is not possible on jira ondemand,

you can submit support request @ https://support.atlassian.com/customer/home and confirm
