Best Practices for JIRA Cloud Workflow & Implementation?

Question

Hello Everyone,

We are new to JIRA Cloud and looking to connect with comparable Nonprofit Organizations, Government Agencies, or Higher Education Institutions leveraging the application. With what you are permitted to share, we would greatly appreciate your journey, insights about your environment, best practices, or any challenges you have encountered. Your input is valuable as we navigate optimizing our own implementation.

Thank you in advance for your support!

Hi @Khiry Marchman ,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!

As @Walter Buggenhout mentioned as its board request, connecting to the local user would be the best what we can suggest.

If you have question related to product feel free to post questions!

Hi @Khiry Marchman and welcome to the Community!

Since that is a very broad request, probably going way beyond a Q&A in the online Community here, I can warmly recommend you to have a look if there is a local Community Group in your area. They come together regularly and do exactly what you ask for: share knowledge, get connected, exchange ideas and practices ...

You can search if there is a group nearby via https://ace.atlassian.com/

The online Community also has a Focus group for non profit and social impact, as well as one for education and government. You should be able to join those to browse articles and connect with people with shared backgrounds online.

Hope this helps!
