Hello @Ayat Hasan and welcome to the Community! Have you checked the Trash (in the event the page was erroneously deleted)? https://maqsafy.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/viewtrash.action?key=RE

@Ayat Hasan Can you access any other spaces for your site (using the Spaces list at the top of the page)?

I checked the deleted files page but it never appeared. There are files from years ago and this problem never happened. Please help. @Laurie Sciutti

yes, what next i should do it ? @Barbara Szczesniak

@Ayat Hasan That question was to determine that the issue is just with the space and that your free instance was not deactivated due to inactivity.

Can you open the RE space? If so, can you locate the page you are interested in in the content tree?

The link you posted looks like it is based on a heading somewhere on the page. If someone has changed or removed the heading text, the direct link may just not resolve to a page/location on a page anymore.

Hi @Ayat Hasan ~ some other things you can try:

does it appear in the "Recently worked on" list?
did you Favorite it? If so, check your Favorites list
have you tried searching for it? try searching for content rather than page title in the event that the page has been renamed. you may also be able to narrow your search by searching labels (if that page has/had labels)

I tried all the methods but couldn't find it...it was never in my favorites

And its address hasn't changed, I feel like my effort has gone
Can anyone Someone from Gira support looking for it? @Laurie Sciutti
