JSM Ops Slack integration

I noticed that the formatting of messages from the JSM Ops slackbot aren't correct. Well, there looks to have been an attempt in making them look better, but the insertion of the newline characters is not working as desired. Is this a known issue? If so, what is the anticipated fix date for this?

 

Example:

Oncall Schedules: \n\n- Participants of DevOps On-call: first person\n- Participants of Engineering On-call: second person\n- Participants of InfoSec On-call: third person\n
