I have two separate workflow, one for tasks & Sub tasks and secondly for one for bugs. When I am making change to the workflow of bug it is affecting my Task workflow. Why so?
Do I need to have separate workflow scheme?

If your project is Company Managed, See if the issuetypes task,Bug are sharing the workflow in the workflow scheme.
A project can have only one workflow scheme but it can have multiple workflows assigned to each issue type.
you can Create a separate workflow and assign to the issue type in that case. This need Jira admin permission.
