Change payment date !

Dear All,

About payment, I want to ask the following 2 things,  I look forward to receiving your reply soon : 

- My payment date is 18/09/2024, but the card is broken, can I pay on 19/09/2024 or a few days later? Will the services I am using be affected? 

- I want to change the payment date to 20th of every month or prepay from 15th of every month, what should I do?

Hi @Infra Timo welcome to the community.  For the fastest response, I would suggest that you open a ticket with Atlassian Support for your billing questions. There's a "Billing, Payments, and Pricing" option.  

They are better equipped to handle your issue compared to this Atlassian Community.
