No option to add Image to header

I have used Confluence before and made the look and feel of the pages more alive with Header Images.

I now am on a Cloud based Atlassian Confluence and when I click on Edit (or Create) and type the title in, there are no options to add a Header Image whatsoever.

The Confluence support page suggests "hovering over the title when in Edit mode". I get nothing

What am I missing?

I have full admin permissions set ON.

You should see the Header image when you edit the page:

https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/make-your-page-and-its-title-more-memorable/ is exactly how I used to add header images to my pages.

And now, that is correct: those buttons don't appear.

Any idea why?

This is what I have. What also is different on here is the Number Heading options (next to Paragraph, upper left). I would like to get rid of it but am not sure how. But that would be for another time

For now, my priority is to be able to add a Header image.

To ensure you are using the cloud version, can you share your URL?

Cloud URL should end in atlassian.net.

Based on your last screenshot, it doesn't seem to be confluence cloud. There are some things listed there that don't show in confluence cloud.
