⚠️[JSM Cloud] Attachment validation in transition

Hello Community, I need your help with the following problem. In my project, I need to configure the workflow so that when transitioning from one state to another, it is mandatory to attach a file to the issue. I understand that this must be done through a transition validator, I have already added it but it does not work for me, I think I am missing something for it to work successfully.

You will be better of with other workflow plugins like JMWE.

I am from Forgappify, and we developed Fields Required Validator, which is part of the Workflow Building Blocks for Jira, that will work for your case.

If you are looking for more options to validate the Attachment field, you can use our Jira Expression Validator, which allows you to inspect the attachment's file name, mimeType, size, author, and even creation date.

So from what I understand, the solution is to create a screen and add it to this transition? I prefer to do it with Jira's native options instead of installing plugins.
