In Jira cloud, I am trying to setup a project with the permission like only the project admins can create the requirement issue type, and tester can create defects. I have separate workflow setup for Requirement and Defects.
In the validators of the create transitions I don't see any way to set this up.
also tried the following in properties of the transition, didn't work
jira.permission.create.projectrole - {role-id}
Is there a way we could achieve this, from the out of the box feature.
I know this can be done using script runner, just trying to see if we could leverage OOTB feature.
Any help is much appreciated.
