why the IntelliSense on request type doesn't show? is there other way to the Request Type on condition? I need to use it for the report

You can directly use JQL queries with the custom field for request type, for example:
<span>"Request Type"</span> = <span>"Service Request"</span>
Alternatively, you can go to the Basic Search in Jira, and search by Request Type from the dropdown by selecting:
