Using AI to categorize tickets

Imagine I would like to use some AI to do the following: An AI reads a text field and, through its analysis, the AI itself classifies the call using an option list field. Any tips on which AI to use?

In my opinion not the best option as there will be some disappointments and some duplicate work.
