Field Job ID dosn't work

Hello everyone,

the field "JobID" is marked in the list with red triangel note.

The "job ID" field is marked with a red triangle and an exclamation mark, indicating a warning. I am also unable to add it in the list view. Can someone from support help me resolve this issue? Thanks in advance.

To better understand the issue, could you kindly provide a screenshot of the error you encountered? Additionally, please specify the action you were performing when the issue occurred.

Hi Torsten - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

It looks like your field is not on the MG26: Default Project Management Edit/View Issue Screen (CSA-Generated) screen.

Go to Settings > Issues > Screens and search for that screen. Click on the name of the screen and then add the field to the screen.

Your screenshot shows it on the issue layout view - but this is not the screen itself - it has to be there first.
