Hi,
Are guests only allowed one space?
Hi @박성민(학해) , thanks for your question.
No, guests can access more than one Space, especially if you have Spaces that allow anonymous access.
Please check out the documentation here -
https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/invite-guests-for-external-collaboration/
https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/assign-space-access-to-guests/
Hope this helps you.
Cheers
Hi @박성민(학해)
Guests (a person that you invited to Confluence as a guest, and they have a guest account), can only access one single space at a time. You can give them access to another space but then they will only have access to that new space.
You can allow anonymous access in the space Setting - this means that ANYONE on the internet will be able to access the given space, with or without an account. If you allow anonymous access to multiple spaces, then any person on the internet will be able to access all of those spaces.
Important:
Thanks @Kristian Klima , I think the documentation is a little misleading here. Your explanation is more clear.
@Kristian Klima Hi,Thank you very much for your kind reply.Have a nice day.
@Valerie Knapp Hi,Thank you very much for your kind reply too.Have a nice day.
@Valerie Knapp incorrect. Only one space per guest (ofc if the whole space is open to internet, thats not applicable).
