Is it possible to give permission for clients to get report from this UI? if so let me know the steps to enable it

It's showing al open issues from client X.
What is the additional requirement you have?
This view can be exported.
Hello @Somnath Raveenthiran , directly no. You would have to add them as request participants for each of these requests so they can receive notifications about the changes. Are these clients within your organisation? If yes, then you can grant them Customer licenses which are free of charge. If they are not, but they still need to get notified, you need to go to your project settings > Customer permissions > Update the customer access settings > Portal access (Allow customers to create requests and check the box where they are not needed to login).

Ultimate Request Explorer (JSM Cloud) application has this functionality but it's a paid application.
