How To Remove "Won't Do" Item From Active Sprint

Question

I recently kicked off our new sprint and 2 user stories that were in the "Won't Do"/"Done" category displays on the back end being in the sprint even though they have been closed out months ago.  Even though it shows they are assigned to the current sprint they are not listed on the board.  How can I remove the current sprint number those 2 user stories?  Thank you in advance for your assistance.

To remove the sprint number from the two user stories that are closed but still assigned to the current sprint in Jira, you can follow these steps:

1.Search for the Issues

2.Edit the Sprint Field

* Once you locate the issues, click into each one.
* In the issue view, look for the Sprint field (you may need to enable the field in your project settings if it's hidden).
* Clear the sprint field by clicking the "X" or by editing it and removing the current sprint number.
