"Insert More Content" in some spaces. "insert elements" in others

Vincent Vail

Hello,

In some of our spaces we have more options with the plus sign providing the "Insert more content" options. This is the one we'd like available in more spaces.

But in other spaces we have only access to the "insert elements" options, which are far fewer

None of the settings seem to apply to this change and I can not find anything online specifically addressing, could anyone advise?

@Vincent Vail Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

At first I thought that maybe some of your pages were using the legacy editor and some the new Cloud editor (see https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/convert-pages-to-the-new-editor/).

On further research, though, it looks more like maybe some of your spaces are in the Cloud and some are in a Data Center instance (see https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/the-editor-251006017.html).

Do you know if you have both Cloud and Data Center instances?
