Change Organization Admin - only admin has left the company

Hello Support-Team,

I am a user without admin permission and the only site and org admin has left the company, How can we manage our account now? We cannot login anymore and get the following message, that our cloud products are suspended and haven't been renewed.

May I kindly ask for your advice?
