How to Disable Initial Email Confirmation in Jira Service Management?

I'm looking to remove the initial email confirmation notification in Jira Service Management (JSM) so that users receive notifications directly without the need for confirmation.

Eliminate the initial email confirmation notification in JSM, allowing users to receive the main notification immediately when a request is created, without any preliminary confirmation emails.

when someone created a ticket, they get a email confirmation like this

I want to eliminate the email confirmation step so that customers can directly receive the request notification email without needing to confirm their email address.

please let me know the process or step by step guide how to disable this so customer received notification without any confirmation invite mail.

Hi Rajat,

Go to Project Settings > Customer Notifications

There you can toggle off a variety of notifications.
