Guest User Management

Question

Good morning guys,

I would like to know if anyone knows how I can invite people to collaborate on a specific JIRA project in the Standard version without this user incurring any cost. I manage my company's projects by JIRA and I wanted to direct some activities for my clients to act as well as view the JIRA boards like this:

However, I wanted these users not to count in the cost of my license because I have thousands of customers.

Does anyone know how to invite only as a viewer of the project or even as a limited member?

Our customer experienced this (seeing the option appear and then disappear). A week ago Atlassian Support responded with:

* We were planning to roll out the feature on 26th April; however, there are some delays due to some high-risk changes and incidents. However, our Dev team confirmed that we’ve resumed the rollout and expect to complete it in about 3 weeks.

So... Two more weeks, perhaps, and clearly not to everyone at the same time...
