What are the plans to release a chat feature embedded into jsm

If you're talking about Virtual Agent in JSM this feature is released in BETA Version currently. You can check more details here: Jira Service Management AI-powered virtual agent on portal (atlassian.com)
Note that Virtual Agent is available for only Premium and Enterprise Plans.
