Hello, How do I delete an addon? The button to click is not active

Welcome to the community!
Test to click on "Manage Subscription" to stop the trial, then you should be able to remove it.
In my site I have a trial for this addon and then the same button is called "Stop Trial" (I am on a monthly subscription). When I go through with stopping it I can then uninstall it.

Hi @gustavo_pinheiro, Welcome to the community!You can directly click on the manage subscription, and this will open a new window for that specific app. In the upper right corner, you'll see three dots—click on them and select **Cancel Subscription**. This will allow you to delete/uninstall the app.
