Why do I get a keep getting a pop-up about Bamboo Cloud service ending 31st Jan?

We have never had Bamboo in any form but every day get a pop-up going on for several months now in jira:

"Public service announcement

We, Atlassians, strive to provide high quality and evolving products to our customers. With this in mind, we have made the decision to discontinue our Bamboo Cloud offering by 31 January 2017."

Its quite annoying!

PLEASE, how do we disable this irritation?  We have been tolerating this announcement for months, thinking that it would at least go away after January 31.  BUT IT DIDN'T STOP.

How can we make it stop?  This is a productivity problem.
