Field's description not appearing in Forms

Question

In my project, I can have an issue type with fields which have some description, it give information about how to fill the given field.

When creating an issue, I can see the description of a field appearing below the field input, but in the Form, it is not appearing.

Under Jira Cloud, In Backlog, click "Configure" bottom right and allow you to enable all fields. If it it is in Jira instances, then open a story by editing>>Click configure (Top right) then select all from the Dropdown)
