No option to upload media

Hi,

I'm the admin for a project and I don't have option to upload media (any kind). This was allowed for sometime (not sure when). This is happening only to me and not other team members.. This is weird.

Drag and Drop - not working

Media button - not available

Please find the images below for evidence.. This is getting super hectic now, where I have to create numerous tickets with evidence and update media as part of it.

Since this is only happening to you, have you checked the permission scheme for that project and more specifically the Create attachments permission?

All users from Gsuite are eligible for creating attachments. Not sure what the issue is !!

and this is only for this project where I'm the admin.. for other projects.. I have the option and I'm able to upload.

Also, as a follow up, try using a different browser such as Mozilla? Or starting your current browser in incognito?
