In my free Jira account, I have 2 projects, in o of the first I could add a new status, but in the second I couldn't find the "+" symbol (the one for adding a new status).
Hi @Rashad Bekhtaoui Does both the projects are of same type (Company Managed or Team Managed) also can you add the screenshot of the both projects workflows where you see add status button and where not?
In backlog or sprint page, click Board (top right) go to configure and click Columns. in Columns, extreme right side there unmapped statuses, drag drop to respective columns
