In one of our JIRA projects, we use the WIDGET overlay. We would really like the users using it to be able to easily search for the right request, so we have labeled them with set abbreviations.
The problem is that when a user searches for a 3-letter abbreviation, WIDGET incorrectly shows the filtered word.
For example: filter “WTA” and nothing appears in the suggestions even though there is a REQUEST TYPE in the automation: “Invoices and Settlements( WWO WTA WJ2 )”.
If I type: "WWO" or "WJ2" it works.
I tried:
- renaming requests
- reset the widget
- reconfigure the automation steps
Nothing, unfortunately, helped
