How do I access the template from Jira Service Managment for client service?

There is a customer service management template that I would like to use. I have acccess to jira service management.

Welcome to the community!

From the project create screen select Service management -> Customer service management

Please note that a Jira Service Management subscription must be enabled to access the template.
