Dashboard once shared gives error

Question

I have a Dashboard with a graph (Created vs Resolved Chart)

once I share this with a colleague, the colleague sees this error, I do not see any error at all, I do not think it is a permissions error:

Unfortunately, one or more of your preferences are now unavailable. Please update your preferences, or remove gadget by clicking delete from the title bar above.* A value with ID '10550' does not exist for the field 'filter'.

Permissions are:

Owner - my name
Viewers - My organization
Editors - my colleagues name

Edit Dashboard>>Go to Add viewers>>select "ANT-JIRA-USERS">>Click ADD and Update the Dashboard

Hi, @Dale Fixter. Welcome to the community.
The issue your colleague is having is that either he doesn't have access to it or that it has been deleted. This issue can occur even if they have the necessary permissions to view the dashboard. Please check the below:

* Check the Filter: Go to the filter that is used in the "Created vs Resolved Chart" gadget and ensure that the filter with ID '10550' still exists and is shared with your colleague.
* Share the Filter: If the filter exists but isn't shared, update the filter's sharing settings to include your colleague. Ensure it's shared with the same audience as the dashboard (e.g., "My organization").
* Public Filter: If possible, consider making the filter public or at least share it with the necessary group, which includes your colleague.
* Clear Jira Cache
