If you look in the Export a Space section on this page: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/export-content-to-word-pdf-html-and-xml/, step 4 in the procedure says that you can do a Custom Export for a PDF export to export selected pages only.
I have never tried this myself. If this works for you, please accept this answer to help others with the same question.
