Get image permalink from form upload

hello my jira friends,

i have 2 attachment fields in one particular form schema. when i export it to XLSX, i am greeted with

what can i do with this? i've already tried appending my org's atlassian site name before it, but these values change (even when I've right clicked get image link.)

ideally, i'd like a permalink to the image. if i have to use box or something i will do it. any tips are really appreciated!
