Setting site for notifications is not available

The sub-site for changing the setting for notifications

https://SITE.atlassian.net/jira/software/projects/KEY/settings/notifications does not load. I get an error page. What could be the reason? What can I do to fix this?

Try to clear you browser cache and cookies and try again or try another browser.

There currently are no active incidents at Atlassian, Atlassian Status

Unfortunetly, both does not work. Same problem even after clearin the cache as well as visiting the page with another browser.
