The CSV import page no longer works. This was working about a week ago. Will this be fixed?

I have a customer who would like to move their tracking to Jira. I generated a test CSV file and successfully used the new format CSV import. The file format needed tweaks so I tried today to uploaded tweaked version, but the CSV import page is not working. I tried in 2 broweser, Firefox and Edge. Is this a temporary problem? Many thanks for any help.

I was having the same problem. It seems it's not longer possible to import throught System ->External System Import -> selected CSV. All links are no longer working.

Through the other path Create Projet -> Import Data links are working. But it seems it's only for new Jira project and not for existing one.

I have used the first path 2 weeks ago and it was still working.

I am experiencing the same issue. I was following steps System ->External System Import -> selected CSV and it opens the "Upload CSV" step but none of the buttons or links are active. You cannot click on anything, not Back button, can't select anything, can't drop the file or open links on the description, can't expand the Advanced file configuration options. It is all frozen.

- Navigate to projects > create project

- Import data
