AI to convert emails to JIRA Tasks (from Outlook)

Is there a plugin to select certain (either automatically of hybrid auto /manual) for emails to be converted to JIRA tasks/Stories - tracking replies as comments in the task?

I am not aware of any way for AI to create issues in Jira yet.
