Hola comunidad, queria saber si me pueden indicar como cambiar el informador, tengo el permiso asignado para el administrador y para mi usuario en particular, que tambien cuenta con el rol de admin, verifique en ayuda de permisos que algo no estuviese validado pero me indica todo ok. El campo informador se encuentra en el diseño de incidencias.
¿Que mas puedo verificar para que me deje realizar el cambio?
