If you didn't use you Confluence free tier instance for over 2 months Atlassian's policy indicates that the instance will be removed.
Your org admin will have received email on this.
Contact Atlassian Support and use the billing option in the options. They might be able to see if the instance can be restored.
The space is used daily,
do you have a link to contact directly the support
Are you the org or site admin, of not contact them and let them check your access.
