I had a question of how I can add multiple emails to a license notification for reminding renewal date.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
You can do this with a scheduled automation and then have a object lookup that looks for the renewal date, compare it to now and if the date is within a specific time period send the email. Something like this should do it:
Hi Moses - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You need to update the Billing Contacts for your site. Settings > Billing
