I am not getting activcation email

kamil.pawlowski

Hello!

I have an issue with my own account. I can log into my old Jira board and I was able to log into this Confluence. However, when I tried joining the new board I was getting a verification popup. Unfortunately, the email doesn't come through, resending doesn't work either.

Any ideas?

@kamil.pawlowski Welcome to the community.

Have you tried contacting your Jira admin who set up the new project? They may not have given you permissions to access the new board, or they might be able to help resolve the email issue.
