Cannot add external email (error)

Hi, we need to add an external Microsoft email account however we are given the following error message consistently - any help apricated. Thanks.

Thanks for the swift reply.

Looks like another use was add the external email account without the error appearing.

At least issue it is not blocking us any longer.

Hi @ServiceDesk_horder_support , where are you adding this email? Have you verified the email actually works?
