Integrate JIRA with Bitbucket

Question

I want to see Development field in JIRA issues. I have integrated JIRA<->Bitbucket and Bitbucket <->JIRA. I am able to see jira issues in bitbucket but unable to see "Development" field in Jira issues. It seems to be a permission issue, but any idea how to resolve this. I am configuring this using Admin account. Thanks in advance!

I have included the appropriate group for "Development Tools"..attached is the screenshot. Any issues you see in the screenshot? Thank you for responding.

Check your project permissions and make sure that you are allowing users to View Development tools
