Epic Link and Name fields re-appearing on screens despite removal

Question

After enabling JIRA Agile these two fields keep re-appearing on the Default Screen that almost every project of ours use. I remove them every day but they keep re-appearing. Maybe this is related to new Kanban boards being created...

The projects are not agile project and their Issue Type Scheme doesn't even have Epic or Story.

Since we only want JIRA Agile for the Kanban board view we don't want to see these fields, ever. What can we do?

Neither. I'm on Cloud so I think having JS is not even possible.

Do you have any Javascript in any of your field descriptions or in your Announcement Banner as is outlined in that question?
