XRAY - Auto Populate Defect Fields for defect created during ad hoc Test Executions

Question

We are using X-RAY for our test management with custom fields set up. Is there a way when defects are created during test executions, we can auto populate some of the fields directly from the test issue type to the defect issue type.

Welcome to the community.

Unfortunately, there's no specific Xray Setting that allows you to do that perhaps explore through a script to automate those specific fields you want?
