Smart value for space on either side of word

Question

Looking for a smart value for a space on either side of the word "BMM".

When issue is created, and the "summary" contains "BMM" then edit issue field xx.

Also, is "Match case" ticked or unticked?

For that type of condition / comparison, I believe the rule editor is removing or ignoring the spaces.

If you wanted to compare to exactly " BMM ", you could use the smart value condition with a regular expression:

* first value: {{issue.summary}}
* condition: contains regular expression
* regular expression: ( BMM )
