I have 2 active sprints in Jira board but when I go to Active Sprint it doesn't show me the sprint drop down to select a specific sprint board. How to enable it?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Can you please provide screen images showing the Backlog for this board, showing the two sprints are active, and another showing the Board view for the board to show that the sprint pull-down is not present? You can obscure the details of the issues.
